I'm all about quick and easy breakfasts--I tend to be a bit all over the place in the mornings, so I need something that's quick, easy and (hopefully) healthy. I originally found this recipe on
Pinterest, but I did a couple of tweaks to suit my tastes--this keeps me full until lunch (unless I'm having a particularly ravenous day, which has been known to happen every so often).
What you need:
- 8 oz. of milk
- 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
- 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup of oatmeal
What you do:
(this is super tricky)
- Put ingredients in cup and blend.
And there you have it--an easy, filling yummy breakfast that if you close your eyes and concentrate, kind of tastes like a cold, liquid cookie.
